September’s DVD is “Nighttime in the City” by Paul Jackson. Paul starts his nightscape with a colorful underpainting. He then adds additional layers of masking fluid, vibrant paint applications and the illusion of texture to take the painting to the next step. Learn how to add night shadows, glowing neon lights and reflections to your nightscape. This watercolor DVD is 111 minutes, so we will be dividing it in half. The first half will be Wednesday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m. in the art room. The last half will be Wednesday, September 19 at 7 p.m. Please come, learn and eat popcorn with us!
